Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with CAD tools or engineering software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing physical substation components such as yard layouts and grounding.
• Support development of protection and control schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Help prepare design drawings, calculations, and bills of material.
• Learn and apply NEC, NESC, IEEE, and ANSI standards.
• Participate in quality reviews and collaborate with engineers to refine designs.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with engineering calculations.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
