Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Substation Electrical EIT/Design Coordinator in Saint Louis Park, MN. You will perform assignments, work with owners, review documents, and contribute to contract administration on small and mid-size projects.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (Electrical emphasis), EIT, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, AGI and Easy Power. This full-time role offers a collaborative, employee-owned culture and opportunities for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
Desire to pursue registration as a professional engineer.
Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, AGI and Easy Power.

Responsibilities

Perform assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of electrical engineering techniques and procedures.
Review electrical documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines; write/edit electrical specifications and select equipment.
Function as a Project Manager on small and mid-size projects and supervise Electrical CAD Technicians as needed.
