Job summary

HDR is seeking a Substation Structural EIT/Coordinator in Saint Louis Park, MN. You will assist the Senior Engineer with site studies, layouts, contract documents, and project management tasks on civil/site projects. You’ll work on multiple projects, sometimes independently, supporting design, drainage and utility layouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• EIT certification or progression toward licensure.
• Familiarity with civil/site design tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Engineer with site studies, designs and contract documents.
• Perform site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage.
• Perform routine engineering tasks using standard techniques.
• Complete projects with clear objectives and limited variables.
• Support project management and administrative duties.
• Work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger ones.
• Perform other duties as needed.
