Responsibilities

• Performs design of substations, layouts, equipment arrangement, and drawings.
• Supports budgeting, feasibility studies, and bid evaluations.
• Coordinates with internal/external stakeholders and field teams.
• Presents reports and recommendations for capital projects.
• Performs field visits to assess conditions and project progress.
• Ensures compliance with NERC standards and safety requirements.
