Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required; PE in Missouri is a plus. Opportunities to mentor staff and collaborate with SCADA and operations teams are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of utility-scale substation design experience.
• Missouri PE license is a plus.
• Knowledge of NERC, FERC, IEEE standards.

Responsibilities

• Design protection and control schemes for utility substations.
• Prepare wiring diagrams, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Support proposals, budgeting, and project execution.
• Coordinate with SCADA, ops, and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.
