Xcel Energy is seeking a Compliance Analyst to manage substation processes and documentation supporting NERC, FERC, and CIP programs, with data modeling and data extraction responsibilities.

The role supports a hybrid work model, with on-site work required several days per week and collaboration across the Compliance Team and engineering groups. The position requires substantial utility experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical Degree in Electronic Sciences with 8+ years' experience.
• Minimum of 6 years utility experience and business/data analytics experience required; compliance experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NERC policy compliance and data integration across end-to-end processes.
• Assist with substation asset inventory, data integrity, and change control oversight.
• Coordinate with Transmission and Substation teams and ensure access to work management tools.
