How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Lead project activities to meet timelines, customer expectations, and financial objectives.
  • Manage core project functions – scheduling, budgeting, risk management, change/opportunity management, forecasting, and leadership reporting.
  • Oversee P&L responsibilities for assigned project tasks and actively reduce non-conformance costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan outcomes, allocate resources, and manage schedules and budgets.
  • Expand your knowledge of GIS, AIS, Balance of Plant, and switchgear products while supporting complex electrification systems projects.
What You Bring
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a similar field. 5+ years’ experience in Power Systems or Substations. Master’s degree in engineering or engineering management is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience in process improvement, quality management, and working with global teams.
  • Understanding of GIS/AIS, Balance of Plant, and switchgear products; PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
  • Willing to travel 30% domestically and internationally.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
