Job summary

Enverus, a leading energy SaaS company, seeks a Program Director to drive revenue growth in electric utility and AEC markets. You will develop strategic plans, cultivate executive relationships, and close complex enterprise software deals.

Your leadership will shape utility modernization initiatives, AI-enabled design workflows, and digital twin solutions while traveling up to 50% across North America to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, enterprise software sales, or strategic account management.
• Proven success selling enterprise software to electric utilities, engineering firms, or infrastructure organizations.
• Strong knowledge of electric utility engineering, transmission/ distribution, and substation design.
• Experience selling tech solutions for engineering design automation, utility planning, or digital twins.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth across electric utilities and AEC markets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for substation design, AI, and digital twin technologies.
• Build executive relationships and manage complex, consultative sales cycles from opportunity to close.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create lead generation campaigns and raise market awareness.
• Partner with Product Management and Customer Success to relay requirements and market trends.
• Represent Enverus at industry conferences, customer meetings, and utilities associations.
