Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Therapist II to deliver evidence-based therapy for individuals overcoming substance use disorders. You will conduct individual and group sessions, assist with intake assessments, and participate in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to regulatory standards, and ongoing training and mentorship to support professional growth within BrightView Health.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure consistent with state requirements.
• Master's degree in a relevant field and clinical licensure in good standing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent therapy sessions for patients with Substance Use Disorders.
• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and intake assessments per best practices.
• Coordinate treatment planning with the on-site multidisciplinary team.
• Document treatment data in electronic health records accurately and timely.
• Attend required meetings and participate in training and mentorship activities.
