The position requires an LCDC license in good standing, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Texas driver's license. Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and adhere to agency procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• LCDC license required and in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trauma-informed, respectful communications at all times.
• Screen and assess adults/adolescents for substance use issues and determine appropriate treatment.
• Refer clients to appropriate treatment agencies.
• Prioritize waiting list for in-patient treatment; coordinate follow-up for out-patient care.
• Schedule OSAR service appointments.
