Job summary

Qualifications

• Two year degree or significant coursework towards a two year degree in an addictions-related field.
• Minimum of 6 months related clinical experience in A&D or related field.

Responsibilities

• Carry caseload of patients and engage in treatment planning.
• Plan and implement patient interventions and provide individual/group counseling.
• Coordinate services such as housing, employment, and referrals as part of case management.
