• 3+ years of experience in prevention or community-based programming.
• Experience coordinating grant-funded projects and multi-sector coalitions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead programs (SUPR, SAFE, SPF, BRIDGE) to align with funder requirements.
• Develop and maintain community partnerships and steering committees.
• Advance utilization of evidence-based screening tools (SBIRT, CRAFFT).
• Oversee data collection, evaluation, and progress reporting.
