  • Behavioral health experience, 2+ years.
  • Familiarity with personal recovery and recovery journey preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establish standards of practice for substance use navigators with behavioral health leadership.
  • Recommend ways to increase organizational peer support capacity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to help peer recovery specialists meet grant deliverables.
  • Monitor trends and emerging practices in peer support within behavioral health.
  • Create onboarding and training materials for the Navigator team.
  • Support and train peer providers and advise on recovery movement matters.
  • Engage in patient and family education, relations, and advocacy.
  • Represent the agency in community and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Assist with supervision of grant-funded non-clinical staff.
