Formación

• Maryland state licensure (ADT, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, LCPC, LCSW, LGADC or LCADC) is required.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial assessment and determine service eligibility.
• Involve families in the recovery process when possible.
• Facilitate initial treatment plans with each patient.
• Respond to patient grievances and complaints.
• Develop aftercare and discharge plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
