Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services in Richmond Center, Rockingham, NC seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician to perform psychosocial assessments, provide substance use counseling, and deliver crisis intervention in a high-intensity SAIOP outpatient setting. You will apply PCP development and coordinate with the care team to support recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Must meet qualifications of a behavioral health qualified professional (QP).
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a human service field with two years MH/SA/IDD experience, or a bachelor’s in a non-human service field with four years of relevant MH/SU/IDD experience.
• Certification in CDAC/CSAC or CADC-I/CSAC-I preferred by NCSAPPB.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAIOP services per service definition and coordinate with supervisors.
• Develop and monitor Person Centered Plans (PCP) and assess progress.
• Provide case management and care coordination with the care team.
• Deliver crisis interventions when clinically appropriate.
