Comprehensive Treatment Centers in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Substance Use Counselor / Music Therapist for an Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program. This full-time role (36 hours/week) offers early morning shifts and a path for growth within a leading MAT provider.

The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's in social or health services, experience in addiction/behavioral health, and expertise in CBT/MI and relapse prevention, with strong documentation and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in social or health services field.
• Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings.
• Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
• Experience conducting individual and group counseling sessions.
• Knowledge of CBT, MI, relapse prevention techniques.
• Documentation experience with clinical notes and treatment plans.
• Familiarity with state regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, facilitate and document patient's recovery.
• Co-facilitate group or family sessions as needed.
• Ensure all documentation regarding patient care is timely and clear.
• Prepare individual treatment plans for each patient.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments.
• Evaluate patient needs and referrals to other programs.
• Plan for aftercare as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Provide case management and liaison with referral sources.
