Qualifications

• AA/AS degree with behavioral health coursework is required.
• One year of work experience in behavioral health care with counseling experience required.
• Active ADT eligibility and BLS certification within 30 days of hire are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and counseling to individuals and groups with integrated case management.
• Develop collaborative treatment plans and discharge planning with linkage to care.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions and maintain therapeutic relationships.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups as needed.
