Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Indiana behavioral health license or certification with willingness to obtain reciprocity in other states.
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
• High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions daily using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions using approved modalities to meet members within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
• Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
