Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental/behavioral health or current Masters student pursuing relevant credentials.
• Experience leading group therapy and supervising credentials (MFT, LMFT, LPC, etc.).
• Proficient with EMR, Telehealth software, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive, and other tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions using approved modalities to meet members within clinical framework guardrails.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
• Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
