Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a per diem Clinician for Meadowbrook Acute Treatment Services (ATS) in Brockton, MA. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health and at least one year of supervised substance use counseling experience.

Pay ranges from $29 to $34 per hour, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include performing assessments, providing individual counseling and group sessions, discharge planning, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health field required.
• Minimum of one year of supervised substance use counseling experience.
• 403b - Retirement available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, individual counseling, group sessions, discharge planning, and daily progress notes.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct bio-psychosocial assessments.
• Maintain and document patient medical records in a timely manner.
