Alpharus Health seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead residential substance use and mental health services in Springfield, IL (Springfield Residential - 2200 Lake Victoria Dr). The role drives clinical supervision, service quality, and staff development in a 9am-5pm schedule with one evening shift and rotating weekends.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in psychology/social work/counseling, CADC or LPC/LSW licensure, 3–5 years of clinical work with supervisory experience in residential settings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field required
• Current CADC or higher licensure (LPC, LSW) in state of hire required
• 3 -5 years of clinical experience in the treatment of substance abuse with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Related work experience with adolescent/adult and residential treatment setting

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision to staff responsible for delivering services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Oversee client services and ensure compliance with established program standards and service delivery objectives
• Audit client records
• Interviewing, selecting, evaluating, scheduling and disciplining assigned staff
• Orienting and training staff
• Serving as a resource to assigned staff in identifying and resolving complex case problems
• Assuming client caseload in response to work load or staffing shortages
• Other duties as assigned
• Supervises assigned staff in hospital settings pursuant to a federal grant
