Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., SACAP, registered counselor) and licensure.
• Proven experience in substance abuse counseling and addiction treatment.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (CBT, MI, DBT).
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and conducting remote counseling sessions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' substance abuse history, mental health, and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear recovery goals with clients.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based counseling techniques.
