DeCoach Recovery in Fairfield, OH is hiring a Substance Abuse Counselor (LCDC required) to join our growing treatment team. You will lead individual and group counseling sessions, support clients in crisis, and coordinate with psychiatrists, social workers and case managers to ensure comprehensive care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead individual and group counseling sessions
• Support clients in crisis and connect them to resources
• Work with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers
• Keep accurate and timely clinical notes and records
• Take part in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision

Requirements

• Current Ohio LCDC II or LCDC III license
