Job summary

DeCoach Recovery in Fairfield, OH is hiring a Substance Abuse Counselor (LCDC required) to join our growing team. The role focuses on leading individual and group counseling sessions, supporting clients in crisis, and coordinating with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.

You must hold an Ohio LCDC II or III license and be able to manage a caseload, meet deadlines, and work well both in a team and independently.

What You’ll Do

• Lead individual and group counselling sessions
• Support clients in crisis and connect them to resources
• Work with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers
• Keep accurate and timely clinical notes and records
• Take part in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision

Requirements

• Current Ohio LCDC II or LCDC III licence
