Carolina Outreach in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to join a Community Support Team (CST) with a therapist and qualified professionals. You will provide counseling to clients struggling with drug or alcohol dependency and educate families on the recovery process.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing person-centered plans, and offering individual and group therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• QP Status with LCAS or LCAS-A required.
• Active Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
