The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong documentation and organizational skills. You will participate in treatment planning, coordinate cases, and collaborate with other staff to ensure quality services.

Qualifications

• Active CDCA required (LCDC preferred) in the state of Ohio.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Willingness to complete requirements to become a Certified Case Manager (if not already certified).
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group counseling services.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
• Participation in treatment planning and case coordination.
• Maintain compliance with state and agency regulations.
• Collaborate with case managers, drivers, and other staff as needed.
