Job summary

BAART Programs in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee Counselors and Interns delivering treatment and casework in compliance with laws and BayMark policies.

The role emphasizes timely documentation, developing care plans, and identifying patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. The supervisor will manage related expenditures within the budget and act in leadership roles as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LADC in Nebraska.
• BA/BS in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience; knowledge of charting and compliance procedures for methadone treatment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision to counseling staff in individual and group formats.
• Monitor productivity, coaching, training, and performance, and arrange coverage as needed.
• Counsel and discipline staff in accordance with BAART/BBHS policy.
• Assist counselors with treatment interventions and incident reports.
• Facilitate meetings including case conferences and compliance reviews.
• Conduct monthly caseload spot checks and respond to non-compliance as needed.
• Screen and approve take-home requests and obtain FDA/state exceptions when required.
• Support site visits and inspections and report corrections.
• Ensure adequate front office and counselor staffing in the absence of leadership.
• Act as Clinic Director or Operations Director when applicable.
• Manage counseling appointments and case note billing logs.
