Qualifications

• Experience investigating and handling subsidence claims.
• Cradle-to-grave claims handling.
• Clear, demonstrable understanding of subsidence mechanics, construction, mitigation and liability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to build relationships with clients, carriers and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, manage and report on subsidence claims.
• Handle a full caseload from cradle to grave including liaising with clients and engineers.
• Assess policy coverage, scope, and quantum; negotiate settlements.
• Discuss investigation results with engineers and agree remediation measures.
• Attend claim meetings and participate in audits.
