Airswift is seeking a Project Controls Lead II for a 12-month assignment in Spring, TX. The role focuses on cost forecasting, budgeting, and change management within a subsea project environment, with collaboration across multiple teams to ensure accurate reporting and project stewardship.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in a related field, proven project controls experience, supervisory capability, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• This role requires a BS degree in engineering, engineering technology, or construction management.
• Proven project controls experience focusing on cost and schedule control.
• Experience with cost forecasting, budgeting, accruals, reporting and change management.
• Experience coordinating estimating, planning, cost control and progress measurement.
• Experience reviewing contractor cost, schedule and progress performance, including baselines and forecasts.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide early-stage project controls support for complex subsea contract activities.
• Forecast costs, manage budgets, and report on project performance.
• Support change management and project stewardship across cross-functional teams.
