Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, proficiency in 3D modeling tools, and hands-on skills in fabrication and testing. The role involves collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret Clearance.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in naval or DoD projects.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication, machining, and testing.
• Familiarity with SOC standards for submersible components.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems for undersea platforms.
• Support fabrication and repair of mechanical systems.
• Perform mechanical analyses for submersible vehicle structures.

Conocimientos

3D modeling and simulation tools

Hands-on experience with mechanical systems

Knowledge of military and NAVSEA specifications

Technical drawing interpretation

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
