Job summary

Hunting-Energy-Services in Spring, TX, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering and design activities, ensuring compliance with the Quality System, safety policies, and customer requirements.

You will manage day-to-day activities, develop and upgrade procedures, lead project teams, and support bids while mentoring engineers and driving product development aligned with client needs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, business or other technical focus; PE license preferred.
• 12+ years of engineering experience with minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day engineering and design activities and ensure compliance with the company quality system and safety policies.
• Develop and upgrade Engineering Operating Procedures to support the quality system.
• Lead engineers; assign projects, set priorities and monitor performance.
• Support the commercial team during bids and proposals.
• Participate in project execution in conjunction with project management and engineering staff.
• Provide technical mentoring and direction to less senior engineers; develop resource plans and succession paths.
• Drive product development in response to customer requirements and ensure alignment with industry standards.
