Job summary

Proserv in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead subsea and topside controls projects from initiation through delivery. You will establish project vision, objectives, and success criteria with clients and internal teams, and ensure alignment with HSE, quality, and contract requirements.

The role requires minimum 5 years managing subsea projects, strong communication, and the ability to work in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 5 years of subsea project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years managing Subsea & Topside Controls System projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish project vision, objectives, and success criteria with client and project team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Project Execution Plan.
• Establish project organization with appropriate resources.
• Maintain project budget and cost model.
• Monitor financial performance and manage contract changes.
