Job summary

HM Electronics Inc. in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Subscriptions Billing Administrator for a temporary 3-month assignment.

You will support the Accounts Receivable team by handling subscription accounts and customer inquiries. Daily tasks include collecting delinquent subscriptions, logging communications, processing credit requests, and rebills for incorrect charges, while ensuring accurate billing and timely responses to about 150 emails daily.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic ability to use a 10-key calculator.

Responsibilities

• Collect on delinquent subscriptions.
• Document all customer communication on the customer AR collection account.
• Answer calls from customers on the subscription phone queue.
• Handle all subscription related emails from customers.
• Processes all credit and rebills for incorrect billed subscriptions and books new sales orders for new subscriptions, billing correctly.
• After reviewing all new subscription for billing accuracy, release subscription hold.
