Job summary

HME is seeking a detail-oriented Billing/Customer Service Associate in Carlsbad, CA to manage delinquent subscriptions and respond to inquiries. You will document communications, process credits and rebills, and collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate billing.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and typing accuracy.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Collect on delinquent subscriptions.
• Document all customer communication on the customer AR collection account.
• Answer calls from customers on the subscription phone queue.
• Handle all subscription related emails from customers.
• Assists other employees, as needed.
• Manually adjust subscriptions for temp closures and billing changes.
• Processes all credit requests for sales orders and invoices.
• Respond to the subscription billing email Inbox (avg 150 emails/day).
• Process credits, rebills and new sales orders for subscriptions, billing correctly.
• Review new subscriptions for billing accuracy and release holds.
