Job summary

FabFitFun is seeking a Merchandise Planner based in Beverly Hills, CA to own the financial planning and inventory strategy for our Seasonal Box and Monthly Beauty Box businesses.

You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Site Merchandising, Warehouse, Marketing and Buyers to manage pre-season and in-season plans, drive inventory health, and support the broader Merch Strategy team in a fast-paced subscription retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in merchandise planning.
• Strong Excel and planning/inventory systems experience.
• Retail math, OTB, and inventory planning proficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Ops, Buyers, Warehouse and Marketing.
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies risks and develops solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning and inventory strategy for Seasonal Box and Monthly Beauty Box.
• Monitor weekly inventory performance and address concerns with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with fulfillment, marketing, and site teams on non-traditional planning tasks.
• Partner with Buying and Merch Strategy on assortment and category decisions.
