FabFitFun is seeking a Merchandise Planner to own the financial planning and inventory strategy for the Seasonal Box and Monthly Beauty Box businesses. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage pre-season and in-season plans, drive inventory health, and support the Merch Strategy group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, with 4+ years in Merchandise Planning and/or Buying.
• Strong Excel and retail math skills with a deep understanding of OTB management.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Ops, Buyers, Warehouse, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning and inventory strategy for the Seasonal Box and Monthly Beauty Box.
• Monitor weekly inventory performance and address inventory concerns with cross-functional teams.
• Navigate subscription box operations across fulfillment, marketing, and site teams outside traditional planning scope.
• Partner with Buying and Merch Strategy on assortment and category decisions.
• Maintain planning files and systems with high accuracy and process discipline.
