Deloitte's Flexible Consumption Billing team is seeking a Manager to lead design and implementation of subscription billing solutions across clients. You will guide projects from strategy through deployment, collaborating with business and IT executives.

You will manage multiple teams, deliver high‑quality results, and translate complex system concepts into business terms. Travel up to 50% may be required, and experience with Zuora, Oracle NetSuite, or SAP BRIM is valued.

Formación

• 8+ years experience in subscription billing within consulting or industry.
• 5+ years experience with end-to-end implementations of Subscription Billing solutions (e.g. Zuora Billing, Oracle NetSuite, SAP BRIM).
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• A Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Work on integrated project teams on a range of projects covering the entire lifecycle from strategy through design, development and deployment.
• Bring billing management expertise to help design, develop and implement subscription billing solutions to transform client's processes.
• Interact daily with key business and IT executives.
• Lead multiple teams in various strategy and implementation activities.
• Provide service excellence by identifying client business issues.
• Determine client needs using standard assessment techniques and innovative approaches.
• Evaluate analyses and develop recommendations for the client within the engagement context.
• Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and manage day-to-day relationships.
