Deloitte seeks an experienced Manager for Flexible Consumption Billing Implementation to lead the design and deployment of subscription billing solutions for client engagements. You will drive end-to-end delivery, collaborating with business and IT leaders while guiding multiple teams to success.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving as you transform billing processes using cloud-based platforms and innovative approaches.

Competenze

• 8+ years experience in subscription billing within consulting or industry
• 5+ years experience with end-to-end implementations of Subscription Billing solutions (e.g. Zuora Billing, Oracle NetSuite, SAP BRIM)
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• A Bachelor's degree

• Working on integrated project teams on a range of projects covering the entire lifecycle from strategy formulation through to design, development and the deployment of solutions.
• Bringing considerable billing management expertise to help design, develop and implement subscription billing solutions to transform client's billing processes.
• Interacting daily with key business and IT executives
• Leading multiple teams in various strategy and implementation activities.
• Providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues
• Determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches
• Evaluating and validate analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement
• Implementing and overseeing the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
