Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Oklahoma is seeking a Claims Subrogation Specialist - Outbound to handle low-complexity carrier-to-carrier subrogation files and recover payments on behalf of policyholders.

You will identify recovery opportunities, apply negligence rules and state statutes, negotiate settlements with carriers, maintain an active diary, and coordinate with internal teams to move files toward recovery. Experience with E Subro Hub and arbitration forums is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of claims liability experience required.
• Knowledge of negligence laws and subrogation principles.
• Excellent arbitration-contentions drafting skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, claims/appraisal systems and E Subro Hub.
• Foundation-level training completed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with third-party carriers to negotiate subrogation demands.
• Maintain records to track productivity, recovery rates, and file quality.
• Gather documentation to support liability arguments.
• Negotiate settlements within authority thresholds.
• Provide status updates to insureds on deductible recovery.
• File intercompany arbitration contentions when needed.
• Evaluate liability for carrier-to-carrier files across markets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to accelerate recovery.
• Work in-office as required.
