Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of subrogation and claims handling.
• Familiar with Intercompany Arbitration rules.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned claims and determine recovery actions.
• Analyze loss details and subrogation potential.
• Negotiate settlements, secure releases, and process recoveries.
• Document files timely and maintain diary follow-ups.
• Engage counsel and collaborate with adjusters and attorneys.
• Handle inquiries from insureds, claimants, agents and underwriters.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
