Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3-5 years claims experience preferred.
• 2+ years subrogation experience preferred.
• Must have valid state adjuster licenses.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate complex or high-exposure subrogation claims.
• Analyze loss details, pursue recovery, and secure releases.
• Document files timely and coordinate with stakeholders and counsel.
• Engage staff or panel counsel for subrogation and litigation as needed.
• Process inquiries from insureds, claimants, agents, and attorneys with clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
