Job summary

Viking Client Services, LLC is hiring a Subrogation Agent for a REMOTE role in the United States. Compensation is $20.00 per hour. The position requires 1–3 years of subrogation or collections experience and offers comprehensive benefits, training, and a path for growth.

You will contact insurers and renters, negotiate settlements, and maintain records while working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Training lasts four weeks and is mandatory.

As a Subrogation Agent, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and renters to resolve outstanding damage claims. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
• Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
• Track and manage account activity in our system

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant subrogation, collections, claims, and/or car rental experience
• Proven track record of top-tier performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal driven environment

This is a REMOTE position. You are required to work on camera and must have a secure environment that is free of distractions.
