You\'ll review documents across Finance, Grants, Legal, Risk Management, and other domains, prepare findings and corrective action reports, track progress, and coordinate external reviews. Requires 5+ years in regulatory compliance and a public administration background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of regulatory compliance experience; transportation experience desirable.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subrecipient oversight activities, including risk assessments, desk reviews, and on-site monitoring.
• Review subrecipient documents and perform compliance analysis across multiple domains.
• Prepare and distribute finding, deficiency, corrective action reports.
• Track corrective actions and progress against schedules.
• Maintain documentation for internal and external reviews including audits.
• Coordinate on-site compliance reviews with subrecipients.
• Communicate results to subrecipients and request information as needed.
