Serco Inc. is seeking a Submarine Sustainment Logistician to support NAVSEA PMS 392 and TSUB programs. The role focuses on ensuring contract compliance, data integrity, and effective communication among stakeholders to sustain submarine logistics operations.

Requirements include Navy logistics experience and a DoD‑level understanding of CM/ILS processes. Travel up to 10% may be needed; active clearance is preferred. Sarcopenic details about benefits and work environment are provided by Serco.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Navy logistics experience or an Associates degree and 7 years of Navy logistics experience.
• High School Diploma with 9 years of Navy logistics experience accepted.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the development of logistics support plans and program planning documentation.
• Support CM audits, supportability assessment reviews, and technical reviews for logistics impact.
• Monitor CSA and in-service submarine logistics metrics; compare supply issues across programs to help resolve.
• Participate in DMSMS and obsolescence management IPTs/WGs.
• Support Sustainment IPTs, RCM workshops and provisioning conferences.
• Provide analysis of change proposals and lifecycle sustainment considerations.
• Coordinate with product support providers to identify and resolve CM/ILS deficiencies.
• Coordinate ILS meetings, record minutes, brief and track milestones.
• Provide QA feedback on ILS documentation, drawings, and manuals.
