General Dynamics Electric Boat is launching a Shipyard Operations Leadership Program in Groton, CT. You will rotate through hands-on training on submarines, lead a trade team, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure high standards and timely project delivery.

The program starts July 2027; candidates will gain leadership and technical skills through rotations at Groton, CT or Quonset Point, RI facilities. A strong emphasis on safety and continuous learning is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required by June 2027.
• Experience leading across employment, internships, or student organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead activities of 3–20 trade employees aboard submarines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interface with Engineering, Ships' Management, Quality.
• Promote safety, quality, and process improvement; assist in project planning and execution.
• Develop innovative solutions and pursue ongoing learning in manufacturing operations.
