Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, CT, seeks a Program Representative Sr/Specialist/Principal to support submarine systems programs. You will oversee subcontractors, manage commitments and schedules, and develop SOWs for proposals and reviews.

This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills with cross-functional coordination across engineering, ILS, test, and NAVSEA. TS/SCI clearance or Secret clearance is required; travel up to 1 trip/month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years technical experience.
• Applicant must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance; Secret clearance required.
• Experience leading teams with schedule deadlines and technical product deliverables.
• Experience with ROV/UUV and related systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors: assigning, tracking, and managing commitment items.
• Track schedule progress and develop content for Monthly IPTs and reviews.
• Develop and manage SOWs for Proposals and technical submittals reviews.
• Coordinate EB review of technical, test, and design data; interface development.
• Interface with EB sub-contractors and GFE sub-contractor efforts.
• Travel: some (1 trip per month).
