Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat seeks a P/C Tech Aide to support VIRGINIA Class Integration by coordinating with MATLs/MAITLs, organizing meetings, and producing action items and reports. The role requires meticulous planning, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED with 1–5 years relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and tracking actions across levels of management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate with MATLS/MAITL in planning, execution and documentation of activities.
• Arrange meetings including VTCs; prepare agendas, summaries and reports.
• Publish action items and assist progress of MAT products and sign-offs.
• Submit weekly arrangement product reports to MAITL for VIRGINIA programs.
• Assist with Waterfront MAT actions and weekly status meetings.
• Run reports and produce data packages for reviews.
