Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and leadership for project specifications, design calculations, work plans, and surveillance.
• Prepare technical work documents such as Job Summaries, Task Group Instructions, Deficiency Logs, and Deficiency Reports.
• Evaluate cost in days to prepare each plan or design package.
• Guide checking of technical documents and material specifications for conformity with specs and quality requirements.
• Analyze reports from shops on equipment repairs and assess test results for adequacy.
