Job summary

NTT DATA—Pearl Harbor, HI is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to direct, coordinate, and schedule repair and maintenance for submarine units during in-port and voyage repairs. You will provide technical expertise across marine systems and support planning through SMART/NITRA tools and SUBSAFE requirements.

The role requires 8+ years in submarine maintenance with automated modernization systems, strong analytical skills, and a current Active Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience equates to an Associate’s Degree.
• Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of experience equates to a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8+ years of experience with FMP management practices and automated modernization information systems.
• 8+ years of experience with submarine maintenance, IMA, or submarine repair.
• 8+ years of experience interpreting and implementing management policies in automated modernization management systems.
• 3+ years of experience with Submarine Material Office (N4 Squadron, FMA, NSSC, Shipyard or higher).
• 3+ years of experience using SMART in NITRA for modernization support.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and schedules repair and maintenance for submarine units during in-port maintenance and voyage repairs.
• Provide technical expertise in submarine mechanical, electrical, electronic repair including SUBSAFE requirements and related systems.
• Plan preventive maintenance programs and schedule inspections with other operating activities.
• Prepare and present availability and voyage repair planning to maintenance teams.
