Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) in Hawaii seeks a Program and Maintenance Requirements Analyst to support the trilateral AUKUS partnership and submarine maintenance programs. You will partner with COMPACFLT N43 and TYCOM to define, develop, and manage requirements for the Pearl Harbor Detachment Stirling and SRF-W deployments.

A SECRET-level (or higher) clearance is required. The role demands deep knowledge of JFMM, naval maintenance policy, and strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of DoD experience.
Deep understanding of the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM).
Active SECRET (or higher) security clearance and ability to maintain it.
Ability to prepare written documentation and communicate to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the program and maintenance requirements analyst for the AUKUS Pearl Harbor Detachment Stirling.
Ensure maintenance capabilities and infrastructure are prepared to support SRF-W deployments.
Coordinate with US Pacific Fleet N43 and TYCOM requirements for maintenance readiness.
Ensure JFMM requirements are adhered to across the maintenance lifecycle.
Develop environmental compliance frameworks and support expeditionary maintenance initiatives.
